List of materials required for poured rubber floors

1-4 mm color EPDM (rubber aggregates)

E.P.D.M. = Ethylene-Propylene-Diene Monomer                                                                                                                                                                   
This rubber granulate is used for the finishing layer of your poured floor (10 mm).

Sold in 25 kg bag or by pallet of 40 bags.
Quantity per m²: 11 kg per cm of thickness

PU 95 or PU MR1177 (One-component polyurethane adhesive)

Urethane prepolymer polymerizing with moisture in the air. Basic diisocyanate: MDI (Diphenylmethane diisocyanate). One-component adhesive intended for bonding flexible materials such as: rubber fibers or grains (EPDM, SBR, etc.), flexible foams (PU or others), synthetic turf, wood, concrete or asphalt.

For your flexible red, green and beige EPDM floors, PU95 resin is suitable for these aggregates to provide durability, flexibility and efficiency. For any other color, provide PU97 aliphatic resin and its catalyst. For more information, please contact us.

Quantity per m²: 18% of the weight of EPDM + 10% of the weight of SBR

Fixer (imperative if laying on hard ground): 250 g / m².

Option: For horse boxes, cattle trailers. Finish with 1 or 2 coats of pure PU95 or MR1177 binder which will be rolled over the last rubber layer (250 g / m² per coat)

FC 41/103 (Smoothing)

Smooth your synthetic agglomerates made with rubber grains and polyurethane binders. Can be used for smoothing colored quartz agglomerates bound by an epoxy or polyurethane binder.

Sold in 5 or 20 kg cans and 210 kg drums.
Quantity per m²: 200 g

SBR 1-4 mm or 4-8 mm (Recycled black aggregates)

This recycled rubber (tire) -based granulate is used for the underlays of your damped poured floors. The thickness is to be defined according to the desired damping (HIC, comfort, etc …).

Quantity per m²: 7 kg per cm of thickness
